Mechanical Ride, Pool, & A Cupcake On Top

April 5th: Today we went to the store with Grandma and you got to ride the Tom & Jerry mechanical ride. You really liked it and were upset that we had to go in and shop. We let you ride it again after we were done and you did not want to leave.

April 6th: Splashing around in the little pool

April 7th: While we were at Grandma's I finally learned how to crochet. I finished the cupcake today and here you are checking it out.

Planting Alyssum

It was supposed to rain today so what better time to plant some seeds right? Well we got them planted but it only rained for about 2 minutes. Needless to say we got it done and hopefully we will have pretty flowers soon!

Bubbles

Today Maddie learned how to blow bubbles. After sticking the wand in her mouth she realized that was not the way to get the bubbles. It was really windy out and a few times she pulled the wand out of the soap and the wind created the bubbles...she liked that and thought well all I have to do is wave the wand around and the bubbles will come out. Soon she realized that was not the case and she started to actually blow the bubbles.

Lets Go Fly A Kite

I have decided Maddie needs a blog so everyone can keep up with what she is up to. So starting with April 1st I am going to try and keep this updated daily. April 1st: Today Geoff was home so we took Maddie to a neighborhood park. We tried to fly a kite but we were not that successful. Then we went to lunch at Gringos and Maddie loved the chips. It was nice to have some family time! April 2nd: This morning Maddie got into Mommy's makeup. She got the eyeliner and opened it and was able to put some on before I caught her :) I was impressed that she tried to put it on her eye where it belongs. I guess she has watched Mommy enough to know where it goes.
